CMS requires we advise you that we do not offer every available plan in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all your options.
That being said,
Each year Dublin Health & Benefit Group evaluates all the plans available in each market we serve seeking to find the value stories that emerge among the carriers as they post their plans for the upcoming calendar year. DH&B is currently authorized to offer products from over 25 different carriers. Those carriers are listed below under “Our Process”.

We are sure to find a plan to fit your needs. We contract with all of the major carriers offering value in each product line and market.
As a resource to you, our staff is here year round to answer questions, service your account and resolve any concerns that you may have. Each year we will reach out and confirm your satisfaction and help you make adjustments if necessary. Timely market announcements via email will be communicated as they impact your situation.

When to enroll in Medicare
- IEP (Initial Election Period)
The 7-month period surrounding your 65th birthday when you are initially eligible for Medicare
- SEP (Special Election Period)
Created by certain life changes like a move or transition from an employer group or retiree plan or loss of coverage
- AEP ( Annual Election Period)
October 15th – December 7th each year. Open enrollment for Advantage Plans (part C) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP Part D)
- OEP (Open Enrollment Period)
January 1st – March 31st of each year, allows individuals already in a Medicare Advantage Plan to make a one-time change to a different Advantage plan or return to Original Medicare an add “and or Prescription Drug”. It is only for those currently enrolled in an MA plan.
- GEP (General Election Period)
January 1st – March 31st of each year for those missed enrollment in Parts A & B when 1st eligible.

Anyone thinking about Medicare 12-18 months before their eligibility birth date could benefit from an initial consultation with one of our brokers.
